Contents: Gotu Kola / Pennywort (Centella asiatica), Marigold, Common (Calendula Officinalis), Lemon Balm (Melissa officinalis), Rhodiola root (Rhodiola rosea), Brahmi / Water Hysop (Bacopa monnieri), Cistanche (Cistanche), Sweet flag / Calamus / Vacha (Acorus calamus).
Indications: For those in need of improved brain and memory function. An herbal nootropic, that helps to increase uptake of oxygen and glucose the brain and nervous system, and heal damages due to chemical and environmental intoxication, and wrong or mal-nutrition.
Actions: Boosts energy and relieves fatigue, helps calm the body’s stress response. Decreases cortisol (the “stress hormone”) response. Decreases both mental and physical fatigue, helping with physical performance, exhaustion, brain fog, concentration, mental burn-out, moodiness. Helps to heal damaged brain and nervous function.
Administration: Take 1 capsule, 1 time each day, 15 – 30 minutes before breakfast. If needed, take 1 capsule again midafternoon, between meals. Maximum 2 capsules each day.
For more pronounced cases, and also for those in higher weight brackets, take 2 capsules each time. Maximum 4 capsules each day.
Take for three weeks, then one week off.
Alternatively, take 1 capsule when needed, preferably in the morning. Maximum 2 capsules each day. Do not take more than prescribed. Only take when needed.
Some people find they no longer need this medicine after a time, as the body heals.

Cistanche (Cistanche sbb).
