Contents: Fennel (Foeniculum vulgare Mill.), Parsley (Petroselinum crispum), Rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis), Celery seed (Apium graveolens), Horsetail (Equisetum arvense)
Indications: In treatment of minor water retention. Slowly stimulates elimination of excess water retention via urination.
Actions: A natural, mellow diuretic. Gently relieves legs and body swelling due to some health conditions, such as heart or kidney ailments.
Administration: Take 1 capsule, each 30 minutes, between meals, until results are obtained, maximum 6 capsules each day.
For more pronounced cases, and also for those in higher weight brackets, take 2 capsules each 30 minutes until results are obtained. Maximum 12 capsules per day.
Take until results are accomplished. Maximum 5 days on, 2 days off. If results are not beginning to manifest within 3-6 hours, seek help from the BSI Practitioner.
Do not take more than prescribed, unless otherwise advised prescribed. Do not take with conventional diuretics.
Reactions: The need for urination may increase a lot, which means the therapy is working.
Storage: Must be kept sealed in cool dry place, normal refrigeration is required.
Cautions: Not for pregnant or breast-feeding women. Do not take if you are taking conventional diuretics. Can potentially interact with blood-thinning medications, such as warfarin (Coumadin), among others.

Celery seed (Apium graveolens). A natural diuretic, Celery increases the output of urine because f the potassium it contains. Relieves legs swelling due to some health conditions, such as heart or kidney ailments.
Fennel (Foeniculum vulgare Mill.). Fennel seeds contain anethole, limonene, anisic aldehyde, pinene, mycrene and cineole. These make fennel an excellent remedy for Edema.
Parsley leaves (Petroselinum crispum). Excellent remedy for edema in hands, legs, ankles and feet.
Horsetail (Equisetum arvense). A natural anti-microbial, horsetail quickly improves pain associated with inflammation, by rapidly reducing edema.
Rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis). An effective remedy for pulmonary and other edemas. Rich in iron, calcium, and vitamin B-6, as well as antioxidants and anti-inflammatory compounds.
