Chinese Skullcap (Scutellaria baicalensis). The roots of the Chinese skullcap, a plant from the mint family, significantly reduces histamine release.

Eleuthero (Acanthopanax senticosus). Eleuthero, also known as Siberian ginseng, is a staple of traditional medicine in the Far East. Eleuthero reduces mast cell activity and prevents histamine release.
