Contents: Willow (Salix spp.), Jin Yín Hua (Flos Lonicerae), Lián Qiào (Forsythia suspensa), Yan Hu Suo (Corydalis yanhusuo).
Indications: In treatment of fever, allergy symptoms, muscle and joint inflammation, and headache.
Actions: Antipyretics cause the hypothalamus to override a prostaglandin-induced increase in temperature, reducing fever. Suppresses mast cells that are activated by substances that cause burning inflammation and fever.
Administration: Take 1 or 2 capsules, each 30 – 60 minutes until results are obtained. Take with plenty of water. Take for 2 – 3 days, then stop for 2 – 3 days. Maximum 6 capsules per day. If pain persists, then further diagnosis and treatment is advised. Do not take more than prescribed.
Consider taking with Compounds IFP and / or NRV for stronger effect.
Reactions: Tactile sensitivity may decrease by a small amount during therapy, indicating therapy is working, however cognition may increase. Effects increase over 24 hours, and may begin to be felt in 45 – 60 minutes.
Storage: Must be kept sealed in cool dry place, normal refrigeration is required.
Cautions: Do not take more than prescribed. Do not take with conventional pain killers or anti-inflammatory medicines. Do not take if excessive bleeding or taking blood thinners. Pregnant and breast-feeding women take smaller doses by prescription.

Lián Qiào (Forsythia suspensa). Anti-pyretic for treating fever and inflammation. Alleviates inflammation by reducing antibodies that may trigger an allergic reaction.
Yan hu suo (Corydalis yanhusuo). For the treatment of pain and various other circulatory problems. Also used for the treatment of cancer and coronary heart disease. It is classified as a powerful anti-pyretic, blood-stimulating herb, which relieves the stasis that causes pain.
