Contents: Eleuthero / Siberian Ginseng (Eleutherococcus senticosus), Codonopsis / Dang Shun (Codonopsis pilosula), Shatavari (Asparagus racemosus).
Indications: For those in need of improved brain and memory function, increased endurance to stress and alertness.
Actions: Boosts energy and relieves fatigue, helps calm the body’s stress response. Decreases cortisol (the “stress hormone”) response. Decreases both mental and physical fatigue, helping with physical performance, exhaustion, brain fog, concentration, mental burn-out, moodiness. Contains a variety of antioxidants that help prevent free radicals and fight against oxidative stress.
Administration: Take 1 capsule each morning upon awakening. Maximum 2 capsules each day. Take for three weeks on, then one week off. Do not take more than prescribed.
For more pronounced cases, and also for those in higher weight brackets, take 2 capsules each time. Maximum 4 capsules each day.
Maximum 3 weeks on, followed by one week off. Or take by Practitioner prescription, which may vary from these instructions.
