Contents: Rhodiola (Rhodiola rosea), Guduchi / Giloy (Tinospora cordifolia), Jiaogulan (Gynostemma pentaphyllum).
Indications: For those seeking improved mental and physical tolerance to stress and normalizing of cortisol levels, weight loss, depression and anxiety, improving athletic performance and preventing or treating fatigue, improving libido.
Actions: An adaptogenic (manages the stress hormone cortisol) by suppressing the over-activation of the sympathetic nervous system thus reducing mental stress and anxiety. It exerts a calming effect on the mind. Improves mental and physical tolerance to stress. Improves endurance and overall feelings of well-being, enhances libido.
Administration: Take 1 capsule each morning upon awakening. Maximum 2 capsules each day. Take for three weeks on, then one week off. Do not take more than prescribed.
For more pronounced cases, and also for those in higher weight brackets, take 2 capsules each time. Maximum 4 capsules each day.
Maximum 3 weeks on, followed by one week off. Or take by Practitioner prescription, which may vary from these instructions.
Alternatively, take when needed or desired. Maximum 2 capsules each day.
Reactions: May increase the need for more sleep – the body heals and refreshes during adequate deep sleep.
Storage: Must be kept sealed in cool dry place, normal refrigeration is required.
