Contents: Burdock root (Arctium lappa), Nettle (Urtica dioica), Fennel (Foeniculum vulgare).
Indications: For reduction of cravings for low-quality carbohydrates and fats (junk foods addictions) with associated incessant cravings.
Actions: Active ingredients, known as non-hydroxy acids, polyphenolic acids, and inulin, balance fats with oils and carbohydrates in the body. Promotes digestion, curbs cravings and in turn, facilitates healthy weight loss, if needed.
Administration: Take 1 capsule a few minutes before each meal, thereby stimulating the pancreas and digestive processes to produce digestive enzymes, insulin, and adequate bile. Also 1 capsule can be taken when junk food cravings need to be suppressed. Take for three weeks on, then one week off.
For more pronounced cases, and also for those in higher weight brackets, take 2 -3 capsules each time.
Or by Practitioner prescription, which may vary from these instructions. Do not take more than prescribed. Stop when no longer needed.
Alternatively, take 1 – 3 capsules a while before consuming any kind of junk food and beverage other than water. Maximum 12 capsules per day. Eat simple whole foods when hungry. Eat when hungry.
Reactions: May cause the desire for more sleep than usual. Energy levels may wane for a day or two as the pancreas readjusts to normal eating without excess carbohydrate stimulation.
Storage: Must be kept sealed in cool dry place, normal refrigeration is required.
Cautions: Nursing and pregnant mothers take by prescription. The first day or two, weakness or sleepiness my be experienced, as the body become accustomed to not consuming the drug that is refined sugar. The body heals during deep sleep. Exercise is vital.
