Contents: Black Cohosh (Cimicifuga racemosa), Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera), Dong quai (Angelica archangelica), Tribulus (Tribulus terrestris).
Indications: Helps with hot flashes, libido and mood. A natural alternative to hormone replacement therapy (HRT).
Actions: Helps minimize hot flashes and moderate other menopausal symptoms. Supports a healthy stress response and mood. Balances adrenaline, cortisol, and DHEA.
Administration: Begin taking on day 4 – 7 of the menstruation cycle – when bleeding has ceased (or an approximation if not menstruating), and continue until menstruation has or would begin again. No more than 28 days at a time. Then stop for the remaining days (approximating menstruation).
Take 1 capsule, 30 – 60 minutes after breakfast, then 1 capsule again 30 – 60 minutes after dinner. No more than 2 capsules total per day.
For more pronounced cases, and also for those in higher weight brackets, take 2 capsules each time Maximum 4 capsules per day, 2 of which are taken 30 – 60 minutes after breakfast and again after dinner.
Take concurrently with other co-prescribed Therapure Nutraceuticals per the schedule below.
If no longer menstruating (menopause or for other reasons), create an assumed cycle. Perhaps 22 – 23 days on, then 5 days off.
Or alternatively, take 1 capsule when menopause symptoms occur and stop when no longer needed. Take no more than 2 – 4 capsules per day.
Generally Compound HRT is not usually needed over the long term. Stop taking at any time symptoms subside.
Reactions: Symptoms of PMS could emerge for a short time, or in some cases become less, during therapy. Menstrual cycle timing may change in some women, if menstruation is still occurring. Sometimes menstruation cycle feelings or emotions can continue to occur even when there is no cyclic bleeding.
Storage: Must be kept sealed in cool dry place, normal refrigeration is required.

Tribulus (Tribulus terrestris). A safe alternative for the treatment of hypoactive sexual desire disorder in postmenopausal women, effective in reducing symptoms with few side effects. Positively influences mood, sexual health, and the urinary tract. Can reduce symptoms of pre-menstrual syndrome, by increasing free and bio-available testosterone.
