Contents: Marshmallow (Althaea officinalis), Astragalus Root (Astragalus membranaceus), Fenugreek Seeds (Trigonella foenum graecum), Lemon Balm (Melissa officinalis), Rhodiola (Rhodiola rosea).
Indications: For Inflammation of muscles, joints, mild headache, and low-grade blood pressure reduction.
Actions: Helps reduce stress, inflammation and oxidative stress. It contains saponins, flavonoids, and polysaccharides that are responsible for its anti-inflammatory effects. Aids in rapid muscle recovery and improves endurance.
Administration: For new inflamation, take 1 capsule each 30 minutes, between meals, until results are felt. Maximum 6 capsules per day.
For more pronounced cases, and also for those in higher weight brackets, prescribe 2 capsules each 30 minutes. Maximum 10 capsules per day.
For longer-term inflamation, take one capsule each morning upon arising. Can take again each 2-4 hours, unless otherwise prescribed. Stop when no longer needed. Maximum 6-8 capsules per day.
Not for continuous use. Do not take for longer the 2 weeks, unless by prescription. Find the causes of the inflammation so that this medicine is no longer needed. Do not take more than prescribed.
Reactions: May increase frequency of urination and / or bowel movements.
Storage: Must be kept sealed in cool dry place, normal refrigeration is required.
