Indications: For those in need of adaptogenic support for immune function and excellent health, by medicinal mushrooms.
Actions: Adaptogenic support for immune function. Neuroprotective, antioxidant, and anti-inflammatory. Protects against dementia, reduces mild symptoms of anxiety and depression and helps repair nerve damage. It also has strong anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and immune-boosting abilities.
Administration: Take 1 capsule each morning 15 – 30 minutes before breakfast. Can be repeated 15 – 30 minutes before dinner if needed. Maximum 2 capsules each day.
For more pronounced cases, and also for those in higher weight brackets, take 2 capsules each time. Maximum 4 caps each day.
Take for three weeks on, then one week off.
Alternatively, take 1 capsule between meals when needing a boost against stresses, and for energy and immune function and balance. No more than 2 capsules per day.
Reactions: Digestion and bowel movements may become more active for a time.
