Contents: Indian Gooseberry / Amla (Phyllanthus emblica and Emblica officinalis), Bhumyamalaki (Phyllanthus niruri), Bhringraj (Eclipta prostrata), Giloy / Guduchi (Tinospora cordifolia).
Indications: When in need of liver cleansing and healing due to liver enlargement, alcohol exposure, previous jaundice or hepatitis, poor digestive function, lack of bile during digestion.
Actions: Fights oxidative damage caused due to alcohol exposure and treats liver problems like jaundice, lowers cholesterol and triglycerides. Remedies non-alcoholic fatty liver disease and oxidative stress due to bad fats (such as seed oils).
Administration: Take 1 capsule 15 – 30 minutes before each meal. Maximum 3 capsules per day.
For more pronounced cases, and also for those in higher weight brackets, prescribe 2 capsules each time. Maximum 6 capsules per day.
Drink with 100 – 300 ml water each time the capsules are taken. If possible, go walking and / or running, meaning with impact exercise (up and down feet on the ground), to stimulate digestion and the lymphatic system before eating.
Take for 3 weeks on, then 1 week off. If reactions are too much, then stop for a day. Or take per the Home Medicines Calendar during the BSI Reset and Detox protocol. Or by Practitioner prescription which may vary from these instructions. Stop when no longer needed.
Alternatively, when there are various eruptions such as acne, or foul breath and body odor, take 1 capsule between meals each day, maximum 3 capsules per day, with large amounts of water. Take for 3 days on, then 3 days off. Stop taking when conditions improve.
Reactions: In the event of more severe problems, diarrhea or strange feces may result, which means the digestive system is cleansing efficiently of toxins and accumulation.
Storage: Must be kept sealed in cool dry place, normal refrigeration is required.
Cautions: Not for pregnant or breast-feeding women. Do not take more than prescribed. May stimulate digestive reactions over several days as the liver relieves of long-term toxins and dead tissues it has stored.
