Drink with 100 – 300 ml water each time the capsules are taken. If possible, go walking and / or running, meaning with impact exercise (up and down feet on the ground), to stimulate digestion and the lymphatic system before eating.

Reactions: In the event of more severe problems, diarrhea or strange feces may result, which means the digestive system is cleansing efficiently of toxins and accumulation.
