Words of Encouragement: According to Chinese medicine, the body’s defensive energy is directly dependent on the strength of the lung and colon. Generally, pathogens most easily exit through the respiratory and digestive systems, and their clear and strong function are required for good health. Most important is to seek and eliminate causes of disease.
