Horseradish (Armoracia rusticana). It is among the best natural stimulants which can speed up blood circulation and stimulate the function of the nerve system. Also rubefacient, aperient, and antiseptic.
Rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis). The use of Rosemary as a nootropic enhances cognition and nerve sensation by acting as a cognitive stimulant. Especially valuable for the elderly.
Cayenne (Capsicum spp.). Cayenne initiates a general increase in nerve and circulatory tone, and in so doing, imparts a sensation of warmth to the entire system. As a pure stimulant, cayenne activates and accentuates the actions of other herbs when taken in combination with them.
Prickly ash (Zanthoxylum americanum). Prickly Ash is a nerve and circulatory stimulant, a convalescence tonic, carminative, and diaphoretic. It’s helpful for chronic conditions such as rheumatism and skin diseases, and can help with poor circulation, nervous headaches, and healing of general nerve and brain disorders.
Peppermint (Mentha x piperita). Balances the stimulating effect of the other herbs. Analgesic, anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, antimicrobial.
