Contents: Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera), Cinnamon (Cinnamomum verum),Tribulus / Gokshura (Tribulus terrestris (bindii)), Maca (Lepidium meyenii), Cramp bark (Viburnum opulus).
Indications: In treatment of PCOS causes, or management of PCOS symptoms such as blood sugar, menstrual cycle, cardiovascular health and inflammation.
Actions: Benefits those suffering from PCOS by lowering cortisol levels, reducing anxiety, improving sleep, and is also anti-inflammatory. Helps lower estrogen, lessen the appearance of facial hair, control periods, and boost fertility.
Administration: First 2-5 days, take 1 capsule, 3 times each day, each taken 30 to 60 minutes after each meal. Maximum 3 capsules each day.
Reduce to 1 or 2 capsules each day when positive reactions are observed.
