Contents: Huai niu xi (Achyranthes bidentata), Hong hua / Safflower (Carthamus).
Indications: In treatment of pain due to inflamation of joints, back pain, bone trauma, and osteo-related issues.
Actions: Analgesic. Strengthens tendons and bones, especially useful in lower back pain and trauma. Considered stronger than the standard variety for relieving low back pain.
Administration: Take 1 or 2 capsules, each 30 – 60 minutes until results are obtained. Take with plenty of water. Take for 2 – 3 days, then stop for 2 – 3 days. Maximum 6 capsules per day. If pain persists, then further diagnosis and treatment is advised.
Can take higher dose by prescription when needed for high trauma cases.
Can take with PIN-B if needed for extra effect.
Reactions: Increase in range of motion may be detected. Cognition remains normal. Effects increase over 24 hours, and may begin to be felt in 45 – 60 minutes.
Storage: Must be kept sealed in cool dry place, normal refrigeration is required.
Cautions: Do not take with conventional pain killers or anti-inflammatory medicines. Pregnant and breast-feeding women take smaller doses by prescription.
