Nettle / Stinging Nettle (Urtica dioica). Rich in a variety of compounds that alleviate allergic inflammation and reaction to histamine. Provides very quick relief from the different symptoms of allergies.
Goldenrod (Solidago stricta). Possesses potent anti-inflammatory, anti-histamine, and antioxidant compounds. One of the best herbs for allergies and respiratory issues. Thins mucus and causes its expulsion from nasal passages, sinuses, and chest thereby providing relief from congestion and suffocation. Contrary to myth, it does not cause allergic reactions, but is often found growing with ragweed, which does cause reactions, and blooms at the same time as goldenrod.
Mullein (Verbascum thapsus). Rich in antispasmodic, healing, and soothing properties that work in cure of respiratory issues. Reduces and cures allergic inflammation, irritation, and infection of the lungs.
Gingko Biloba (Gingko Biloba). Potent cardiovascular benefits and is excellent for the treatment of seasonal allergies and asthma. Rich in ginkgolides, including even varieties of anti-histamines which make it incredibly effective in relief from the symptoms of allergy attacks, asthma, and other lung disorders.
Astragalus root (Astragalus membranaceus). Balances interleukins, an inflammatory cytokine that is often released from mast cells along with histamines. Reduces overall allergies responses giving relief from asthma and similar responses.
Rosemary (Salvia rosmarinus). Contains a polyphenol known as rosmarinic acid, which reduces inflammation and allergic responses. Inhibits allergic airway inflammation induced by house dust mites and more.
