Contents: Nettle / Stinging Nettle (Urtica dioica), Goldenrod (Solidago stricta), Mullein (Verbascum thapsus), Gingko Biloba (Gingko Biloba), Astragalus root (Astragalus membranaceus), Rosemary (Salvia rosmarinus).
Indications: In treatment of seasonal respiratory allergies and asthma.
Actions: Antispasmodic, healing, and soothing properties that work in cure of respiratory issues. Reduces and heals allergic inflammation, irritation, and infection of the lungs, airways, and sinus.
Administration: Take 1 capsule each 30 minutes, between meals, until results are achieved. Maximum 6 capsules each day. Stop taking when no longer needed.
For more pronounced cases, and also for those in higher weight brackets, take 2 capsules each 30 minutes, between meals. Maximum 10 capsules each day. Stop taking when no longer needed.
For mild cases, take 1 capsule 15- 30 minutes before each meal. Maximum 4 capsules per day, or by Practitioner prescription, which may vary from these instructions.
Alternatively, take 1 capsule when the need arises, each 30 minutes, between meals. Maximum 6 – 10 capsules per day. Stop taking when no longer needed. Try to avoid the sources of cause of the allergy attacks.
If pregnant or nursing, must start with very small dose, maximum 2 – 3 capsules each day, and discontinue if irritation or headache result.
Reactions: May temporarily increase nasal secretions, as the lungs cleanse themselves of pathogens, indicating that therapy is working. Eventually the respiratory system may become dryer and more open. Skin my become more dry.
Storage: Must be kept sealed in cool dry place, normal refrigeration is required.
Cautions: Pregnant or nursing women can begin with smaller prescription only. In the case of over-use, irritation or headache my result.

Goldenrod (Solidago stricta). Possesses potent anti-inflammatory, anti-histamine, and antioxidant compounds. One of the best herbs for allergies and respiratory issues. Thins mucus and causes its expulsion from nasal passages, sinuses, and chest thereby providing relief from congestion and suffocation. Contrary to myth, it does not cause allergic reactions, but is often found growing with ragweed, which does cause reactions, and blooms at the same time as goldenrod.
Mullein (Verbascum thapsus). Rich in antispasmodic, healing, and soothing properties that work in cure of respiratory issues. Reduces and cures allergic inflammation, irritation, and infection of the lungs.
Gingko Biloba (Gingko Biloba). Potent cardiovascular benefits and is excellent for the treatment of seasonal allergies and asthma. Rich in ginkgolides, including even varieties of anti-histamines which make it incredibly effective in relief from the symptoms of allergy attacks, asthma, and other lung disorders.
Astragalus root (Astragalus membranaceus). Balances interleukins, an inflammatory cytokine that is often released from mast cells along with histamines. Reduces overall allergies responses giving relief from asthma and similar responses.
Rosemary (Salvia rosmarinus). Contains a polyphenol known as rosmarinic acid, which reduces inflammation and allergic responses. Inhibits allergic airway inflammation induced by house dust mites and more.
