COMPOUND SPq

COMPOUND SPQ

Quiet Sleep

Contents: Magnolia Bark (Magnolia officinalis), Passionflower (Passiflora incarnata), Skullcap (Scutellaria iateriflora), Chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla L.).

Indications: For anyone experiencing difficulty falling to sleep, and sleeping through the night, under normal circumstances.

Actions: Primarily prescribed for uninterrupted sleep, Compound SPQ can reduce feelings of anxiety and provide relief from overwhelming emotions. Effects are subtle to moderate during first use, and usually require 2 nights of sequential use to fully realize benefits. Some people find that sleep sequences naturally come to balance after a few nights of use, and Compound SPQ may then no longer be needed.

Administration:  Take 2 – 4 capsules 60 minutes before bedtime. When you just begin to feel drowsy you then must go to bed. If you wait to go to bed, the effect becomes less.

If the effect is not enough 30 – 35 minutes before bedtime, then take one or two more capsules. Maximum 6 capsules each night.

Effects are subtle, unlike those of commercial medicines, however more effective if taken properly. We suggest not taking Compound SPQ for more than 5 nights in a row, maximum 15 times in one month. We suggest you take at least 5 nights off before taking a nightly series again. Non-addictive.

In more severe cases, combine with Compound ANX, taken in the evening after dinner.

Alternatively, take 1 or 2 capsules an hour after dinner each night, as on-going therapy until proper sleep rhythms have been realized. 3 weeks on, then 1 week off. Women can follow menstrual rhythms by stopping during menstruation.

We strongly suggest the user avoid all caffeine and refined sugars. Do not take with conventional sleep aids.

Reactions: If long deprived of restful sleep, the user may also find he has the need to take a midday nap as a result of taking this medicine. Remember the body only heals during deep sleep.

Storage: Must be kept sealed in cool dry place, normal refrigeration is required.

Cautions: Do not combine with conventional sleep aids, such as Xanex, etc. Also pregnant or lactating women should avoid. Do not consume the same day with Compounds TMB, SPQ, MRS, MES, ENG, or TGB unless prescribed.
