Contents: Cascara Sagrada (Frangula purshiana), Senna (Cassia angustifolia Vahl Pennel), Magnesium Sulfate.
Indications: In treatment of light or moderate chronic constipation and infrequent bowel movements not related to bowel diseases. Stimulates the pancreas to produce bile and to also helps normalize the rhythms of bowel peristalsis.
Actions: Compound TMB moderatly stimulates intestinal and bowel movement, while stimulating healing and balanced biota in the digestive tract. Reduces gas and pain. Not instant acting works with the body without shocking the system.
Administration: Take 1 capsule 30 minutes before each meal, and then 1 capsule 1 hour after each meal, until results are obtained. Maximum 6 capsules per day. Drink with 100 – 300 ml water each time taking Compound TMB. Also drink a lot of water between meals, but not with the meal. Stop when first results are obtained. It is very helpful to go walking and / or running to stimulate digestion and the lymphatic system.
For those in higher weight brackets, take 2 capsules, each time. Maximum 12 capsules total each day, decreasing as warranted.
In more severe cases, take a short enema – if needed (a small amount of warm water inserted into the rectum only, and held for a while before expulsion, to get things moving).
It is also helpful to take a Probiotic with 1 capsule of Compound G Digestive Enzymes during breakfast.
Reactions: In the event of more severe constipation, beneficial diarrhea may result, which means the digestive system wants to cleans of toxins and accumulation. Keep hydrated.
Storage: Must be kept sealed in cool dry place, normal refrigeration is required.
Cautions: Do not use more than 5 days in a row. If relief is not found in 48 hours, contact BSI for further examination or information. We suggest that coffee and caffeine stimulants be avoid as these interfere with normal bowel function. Avoid if pregnant or nursing, unless otherwise by prescription.
