Urinary Tract Infection Mild Formula
Contents: Goldenrod (Solidago virgaurea, spp), Nettle leaf (urtica dioica), Couch grass rhizome (Elymus repens), Cranberry (Vaccinium macrocarpon).
Indications: For mild cases of urinary tract infection, irritation, or burning sensation.
Actions: Antibiotic, anti-fungal, anti-inflammatory. This group of herbs specifically heals the glycosaminoglycans (GAGs) layer of the bladder mucosa, which protects, lubricates, and produces mucus.
Administration: Take 1 capsule 30 minutes before each meal, a maximum 3 capsules per day. Stop when no longer needed. Take for a maximum of 2 weeks, then stop for 1 week.
For more pronounced cases, and also for those in higher weight brackets, take 2 capsules each time, no more than 6 capsules each day. Take for a maximum of 2 weeks, then stop for 1 week.
Alternatively, take 1 capsule each hour, until results are achieved. Maximum 8 capsules per day.
For stronger results, combine with Compound UTI-S in equal amounts. If results are not obtained within a total of 2 – 3 days, seek medical help.
Combine with oral probiotics, once with breakfast each day. Drink extra amounts of water to help flush pathogens.
Reactions: Expect increased urination. Irritation may slightly increase for a short while indicting treatment is working.
Storage: Must be kept sealed in cool dry place, normal refrigeration is required.
Cautions: Do not take with conventional medicines.

Couch grass rhizome (Elymus repens). A mild diuretic that cools and decreases irritation in the bladder’s mucus membranes. Treats acute symptoms, especially pain and urgency of an UTI.
Cranberry (Vaccinium macrocarpon). A well-known treatment for UTIs that blocks bacteria from sticking to the mucous membranes of the bladder that incubate UTIs. The key ingredients are proanthocyanidins (PACs), which treat E. coli. Cranberry also acidifies the urine, which prevents bacteria from sticking to the bladder wall.
