Couch grass rhizome (Elymus repens). A mild diuretic that cools and decreases irritation in the bladder’s mucus membranes. Treats acute symptoms, especially pain and urgency of an UTI.

Cranberry (Vaccinium macrocarpon). A well-known treatment for UTIs that blocks bacteria from sticking to the mucous membranes of the bladder that incubate UTIs.
