Contents: Amur cork bark (Phellodendrum amurense), Cardamom (Elettaria Cardamomum), Methi (Fenugreek), Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera).

Administration: Take 1 capsule a few minutes before each meal and / or snack. Maximum 8 capsules per day.
